Rules, Regulations and Information
The application for the vendor and exhibit space must be signed. Full payment per space must accompany the signed contract.
Installation and Dismantling of Vendor and Exhibit Space: It is mutually agreed that it is the duty and the responsibility of each vendor and exhibitor to arrange for installation and the dismantling of the space at the close of the event.
Liability and Insurance: The vendor and exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and herby agrees to protect, defend and save and hold The Burt + Brewington Creative Agency, and the Cambria Hotel and Suites and its employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by the vendor’s and exhibitor’s installation, removal maintenance, occupancy and use of space.
In addition, the vendor or exhibitor acknowledges that The Burt + Brewington Creative Agency and the Cambria Hotel and Suites and its employees and agents do not maintain insurance covering the vendor’s or exhibitor’s property.
Security: No security is provided. All goods are displayed at the risk of the vendor or exhibitor. Vendors and exhibitors are advised to carry insurance against theft, loss, damages and fire.
Use of Space: The vendors or exhibitor’s display must be contained completely within the specified boundaries of the space. No portion of the display may extend into the aisle or into any adjourning space or other area outside the perimeters of the space.
No vendor or exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share allotted space without the knowledge of The Burt + Brewington Creative Agency.
Standard Space: The standard equipment furnished by Cambria Hotel and Suites will consist of a skirted table and one chair. Each table measures 6’ X 30”. Additional lighting and/or electrical outlets must be purchased from the hotel.
Hours of Operation: Saturday, April 30, 2016 set-up at 10:15 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Workshop is 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Bloggers and Brands Connect from 12:15 p.m.-2:15 p.m. All spaces must be cleared, April 30, 2016 by 3:00 p.m. No exceptions will be made.
Cost of Vendor and Exhibit Space: Each vendor or exhibitor must pay $125.00 per space to display, give or sell goods, products or services. Payment for vendor space is non-refundable.
I have read and agree to adhere to the rules and regulations as outlined in the document and any accompanying information. I understand that failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in my company’s goods, products or services and space being removed from the vendor area.
