We like to keep things simple around here, so you can focus on the things that matter..like your family, your community and your business.
So without further ado…here is our fine print, please read carefully, because this is relevant to you and your business and because we don't like any shanannigans or foolishness. You might want to grab some sweet tea before you start reading this........
We do not guarantee that your product or service will be placed or promoted in any media, television, publications, blogs, radio, pictures, movies, etc, unless otherwise stated or specified.
We ask that all companies submit a product sample before we will work with you......it helps us to determine if you are a good fit for our clients. We're a little picky around here and if we don't accept your products, we'll tell you why. So far, we haven't had that happen to us yet.
If your product or service is carried by any form of media and we at Burt + Brewington (B+B) are notified, we will immediately notify you either by written statement, verbally or both.
We are not responsible for your item(s) while in transit to us, please secure insurance on your items from your preferred shipping carrier.
We will not falsely promote your product or service, or any of it's uses to anyone, so please do not ask.
We are not responsible for how your item(s) are delivered to us, so please choose your shipping carrier wisely and don't forget to insure your item(s).
We will not send any marketing materials or letters to any product placement recipient that contains vulgarity, nudity, discriminatory or hurtful references to race, gender, religion or political views. You will also no longer be represented by Burt + Brewington or any of it's sister companies. Seriously people, we're suppose to be adults here, we hope this never happens.
We are not responsible for any mistakes, spelling or grammar errors, out of focus photographs, incorrect contact information,etc that you supply. Please remember to take the time to review your materials in advance of submission.
We will forward any and all marketing materials provided to us with any gifting that is sent on your behalf, excluding any material with spelling and/ or grammar errors. We will proof your materials, but you must make arrangements in advance of any product placement.
Any photographs provided to us that are not owned by you or your company, must have a release waiver signed by the photographer/owner of the photos before we will print, distribute or release them to the media or any other entity.
We will inform you of receipt of all packages and items that are sent directly to us.....but it helps to have a tracking number for your own reference.
If you are on a payment plan for any service offered by Burt + Brewington, please keep your payments on time or your services/product placement will be temporarily suspended until full payment has been made.
We require a $25 return check fee on all checks that do not clear your bank. We understand that this will sometimes happen, but we don't like repeat offenders.....of any kind. Our service will not start until your check has cleared our bank......we also accept credit cards and PayPal.
We work on tight deadlines, so please keep the lines of communication open when participating in any placement. We certainly don't want you to miss out or hold others back.
We are human, not perfect, although we strive for perfection in every way. So, if we make a mistake, we will own up to it (it doesn't happen that often).
